Delivery Time

• Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery Delay Compensation

We value your time and strive to deliver every order on schedule.

If your order is not delivered within 5 working days due to a delay on our side or our courier partner's standard processing, you will receive PKR 50 Cashback for each additional working day until your parcel is delivered.

Example

• Expected delivery: Within 5 working days

• Delivered on the 7th working day

• Cashback: PKR 100 (PKR 50 × 2 extra working days)

Cashback Terms

• Cashback will be processed within 7 business days after your order has been successfully delivered.

• Cashback may be issued as cash, store credit, or another agreed payment method.

Exceptions

The delivery timeline and cashback policy do not apply in cases of:

• Natural disasters or severe weather conditions.

• Public holidays, strikes, or government restrictions.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

• Customer unavailable to receive the parcel.

• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
